At NutriBullet Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened condition and was purchased directly from the NutriBullet Australia website within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unit in its original box and clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the parcel before shipping it to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
